چکیده
The Soft Office project was developed in response to the rapidly changing context of commercial architecture, where accommodating fluid programmatic requirements occupants has become key sustainable interior space. is placed within a broader relevant research architectural robotics, situ robotic fabrication, and adaptive reconfigurable architecture. It establishes methodology for spatial configuration through implementation custom collaborative reconfiguration system. Within this system, human users task-specific robots perform complementary tasks toward dynamic goal that defined by set evaluative criteria intended predict successful space configurations (Bailey et al. Humanizing digital reality: design modeling symposium Paris 2017, Springer Singapore, pp 337–348, 2018). Venturing beyond robotics as merely means construction automation, presented deploys an approach critically engages future models interaction between humans mediated situ, architecturally embedded machines. In contrast conventional manufacturing process, worker executing fabrication according pre-designed blueprint, proposed user designer, worker, consumer outcome. This gives occupant agency reconfigure their environment needs well ability respond ad hoc outside forces, such social distancing post-quarantine re-occupation buildings. Furthermore, task-specificity system allows us speculate on roles designers development technology appropriation existing hardware look towards systems are architecture specific.

Adaptive Control Strategy for a Bilateral Tele- Surgery System Interacting with Active Soft Tissues
In this paper, the problem of control and stabilization of a bilateral tele-surgery roboticsystem in interaction with an active soft tissue is considered. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, theprevious works did not consider a realistic model for a moving soft tissue like heart tissue in beating heartsurgery. Here, a new model is proposed to indicate significant characteristics of a moving ...
متن کاملTellTable: A Server for Collaborative Office Applications
TellTable is a Linux-based application server which allows collaborative editing using single-user office productivity applications. Users log into the application via an SSLenabled and Java-enabled web browser. Files to edit or view are opened in a VNC session on the server, the screen image is exported to a Java client in the user's browser, and all keyboard and mouse activity is then transmi...
متن کاملEvaluating and implementing a collaborative office document system
Collaborative work with office suite documents such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation files usually demands special tools and methods. For this application, we have developed TellTable, a relatively simple web-based framework built largely from available software and infrastructure. TellTable allows the use of existing office-suite software in a collaborative manner that is contr...
متن کاملAdaptive Soft-Handoff Thresholds for CDMA Systems with Spatial Traffic
In this paper we examine the interactions of the soft-handoff thresholds with the traffic load of a CDMA cell. We assume a user distribution following a spatial homogeneous Poisson process and determine the joint probability distribution for the radii of the two cells and the minimal overlapping area which will be interpreted as the area of soft-handoff. With these values, we can obtain the opt...
متن کاملA Fuzzy Expert System & Neuro-Fuzzy System Using Soft Computing For Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosis
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a kind of diabetes that requires persistent medical care in patient self management education to prevent acute complications. One of the common and main problems in diagnosis of the diabetes is the weakness in its initial stages of the illness. This paper intends to propose an expert system in order to diagnose the risk of GDM by using FIS model. The knowl...
